Ice crean repices, for example:
Makes about 21?4 cups (550 mL)
6 to 9 ice popsicle
1?2 cup, 125 mL palm sugar (or other sugar you like)
3 tbsp, 45 mL water
2 cups, 500 mL coconut milk(of course you can use other milk you like)
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar in water and stir until smooth. Add coconut milk and increase heat to high. While stirring, bring to a boil. Bring heat to medium-low and simmer for one minute. Let it cool down.
Pour in your molds and place in freezer until slushy. Insert sticks and freeze again until solid, for a minimum of 4 hours.
